The management and service is terrible.

Winter Storm Plowing is miserable.

Noise is common, and it seems that many tendants like to party at 2am during the week

Fire doors often don't work properly, and it's not until the fire department is notified that anything gets fixed.

Windows have poor insulation - Had to use plastic over the winter to help the heating costs.

Indigo Creek it terrible huh? Nice. Proofread much? Listen, I lived here for 2 years and I have lived all over this wonderful country of ours and I can tell you that I've seen less issues here than most places I've lived. Apartments are not perfect but I've definitely enjoyed just about everything here. It's kind of lame that people are still crying about snow removal when it's June. Yeah I'll admit that it wasn't ideal driving on all the ice and potholes but it seemed better than most other places I saw. I've never had any problems with the office or maintenance staffs. They've always been pretty helpful whenever I needed anything. I admit that the grounds sometimes look a little dirty on Monday mornings but everyone is to blame for that. If people didn't empty our ashrays and garbage out of our cars every weekend it wouldn't look like that. I guess all I can say is that you can do way worse than this place.
