Let me start out by saying that I do not live at Indigo Creek apartments, although they seem like beautiful apartments, you'll understand why by the end of this posting. When I first applied I was working with John in the office and everything was great. He was very helpful and friendly. Since then I have only dealt with Sara, the other leasing person. I can not begin to tell you how unbelievably rude and unprofessional this girl is. It was almost like I was bothering her by asking questions whether I was there in person or calling on the phone. Doesn't she know that without customers her job is obsolete. When you are there in person she's more worried about checking her email and talking to her friends then she is about talking to you. AND THAT'S WHEN I WAS SITTING AT HER DESK!!!! She doesn't know the answers to anything and when she says she's going to ask and call you back, she never does. I've worked in the sales/customer service industry for the last 20 years and I have never seen anything like it. I've already left a message with their corporate office to see if anything can be done about her. Needless to say, I will not be moving into Indigo Creek and she is the single reason why. I really don't want to have to deal with someone like her throughout my entire 1 year lease. Do yourself a favor if you are planning to look at these apartments, ask for John, ask for someone else in the office or even ask for a maintenance person, but don't ask to work with Sara.

i absolutely agree. I do not live here either and Sara Bradberry is the single reason why. I have faxed a letter to the manager to resolve this issue but am unuware of the results. When I talked with John and Melissa I was not the 1st complaint about Sara.
