I've lived at Indigo Creek for 3 years. I have mixed feelings, but mostly good. The cleanlieness of the grounds and common areas has drastically gone down hill in that time. They also seem to be renting to a lower class than they used to. But for the price, my apt is big and looks nice. Our utility bill in the dead of winter and summer has been as much as $200/mo!!! We've been told it's because the heating/AC system installed isn't big enough to support the 2 bedrooms! John and Mischara in office are great. Maintenance has always been fast and polite. Watch out for the pigeons which will infest your patio and breed there. And the dumpser areas are always full and filthy.
