If you like thin walls and don't mind children above you or the fact the children have rights but if you don't have children you have no rights. We could not wait to leave and it is going on 2 months and no security deposit yet. I moved the fridge and stove to clean and I found so much crap and combs it was gross they did not care. We are contacting a lawyer about discriminating against people with out children. The parking is not great if a tenant has a party and their guest get there before you get home from work tuff you can park on the street for all they care since it is a first come first serve bases if you live there and get home late you are out of luck.
