Indigo Creek

 

I have lived at Indigo for a while and when i first moved in, it was great.

Its not a nice place to live anymore.

They have let the property run down.

They don't take care of the grounds, there is dead trees and bushes everywhere.

They don't clean the pool and hot tub like they were.

There is only 1 computer now for the residents to use and there is one tenant that thinks he owns it.

If he can't get on the computer he gets mad and slams doors.

The noise is horrible in my apartment and the office doesn't do anything about it, corporate doesn't do anything either.

There is no security service anymore, the service that was there wasn't any good but now there is nobody.

The hallways are filthy and have never been cleaned since I have lived there.

There is dried food and everything else in the hallways.

They don't even sweep them out.

The pool area is suppose to be kept locked but the door is always propped open, there is notes posted on all of the entrances to the pool that you are only allowed to have 2 guests per apartment but there is always someone having a party on the weekends with lots of guests and the office doesn't do anything about that either.

They don't enforce the leash law with the dogs and people are always letting their dogs run free.

They don't replace the outside lights so if you are out at night, its really dark and unsafe in areas.I am not the only person that is having a problem, I know of 10 apartments that are having the same problems with noise and everything else and they have either moved out or are moving out as soon as their lease is up.

One of the other postings said just get over it, well that's hard when you have noise until 2 or 3 in the morning.

I can't wait to move out! Just wait, your time will come.

Don't move here if you can help it! You will not be happy for long!
