The management does not comply with terms of lease. We have had loud neighbors (stomping, slamming doors, loud music and bass) and the management refuses to do anything about it. Trash is a problem, there are always drinks on the steps, and there has been blood, and vomit in the past. Additionally, men often stand on their balconies and whistle and hoot at the females coming into the buildings. Finding a different apartment would be a good decision.
