Its not worth it here. My car has been broken into twice, and my house was burglarized on the third floor! Get this, Leasing Agent Witness the Burglary and does not call police. I get a call asking if i know that there are people scaling the building to my apartment. I mean come on. Burglary in progress'
Total Loss $3800...What will the management do' Humm, nothing! They said they will log it into their records. Wow, sounds like you really care! it was nice for awhile, then low lifes move in and cops are around every night. Not a nice place, nor is this part of Thornton. i recommend not juding a book by its cover,( nice building and frilly benefits inside apartments) and move further North in Thornton if you must. Thorntons water is gross compared to westminster. Im Moving to Westminster, where some people have decency! Oh and watch out for there sidewalk snowplows, one side swiped my car and caused major bumper damage. Hallways are trashy, I have seen blood and puke as well. Neighbors are not the kind of people I enjoy being around. I Overheard Staff say "Oh great" when I walked in to talk with them upon move out. Thats ridiculous. Sorry you actually have to work occasionally!

Now it is 2006 and the management attitude has not changed nor has the neighborhood. The is a reason the apatments seem like a great deal...It is dangerous, unruly, and a bad place to live.
