I am one of the original residents in this community and since I have been living here yes I have had issues with noise, however that will happen at pratically any community. I have reported this to the management and they did indeed act upon it. Some people don't understand what "apartment living" is actually like and that there are times when you aren't going to have peace and quiet and there will be times when vadalism occurs. Keep in mind that crime does not have an address. If you can't handle it then buy or rent a house!
