Ok so my lease is up next month, thank goodness. it's a very nice looking community but the business center sucks. only one computer and all these teenagers are in there. then, last week, there was a DRIVE BY shooting right outside my building! talk about scary. i'm freaked out to stay here another month. i know no matter where u go, u cant guarantee anything, but i've had my fair share of experience to where i'll gladly move, not extend my lease. the prices are way too expensive anyway for everything! plus, they closed the pool for 2 weeks this summer cuz it was vandalised! ghetto people live here.
