Worst place to live!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
There was a drive by shooting here a fews months ago. I keep getting notices saying I haven't paid my rent when I have paid it and they have cashed the checks. And one month I received a court sommons for not paying my rent, they cancelled one day before the court date. It took them over ten months to fix my fireplace. When my lease is up next month I am running out of this nightmare!
