I rented an apartment from them and my dry takes 4 cycles to dry half a load of whites and I don t even think about drying a blanket or towels it would take me all day. I put in 6 calls to the office and every time they said they would send someone out. It is has been 5 months since I moved and it still has not been fixed. 2 months ago my microwave broke the plate inside stopped rotating I have called every Monday for 2 months about this issue and still the same line they will have someone come fix it. NOTHING YET! My friend lived in another apartment there on the first floor there was something wrong with the drainage and every time it rained the window leaked between the outside and inside wall In the gab. There was water damage every where and you could hear the leaking inside the apartment she spent 6 months in the apartment and finnaly had to threaten to stop paying rent before they even cared enough to look at it. They moved her to a new apartment painted over the water damage and then rented it out to someone else with out fixing the problem. The Hot tub is hot but does not make bubbles they say they are aware of the situation but have fixed it.
When it snows good luck they will shovel the side walk and part of the stair well everything else is up to you which was great in the 2006 blizzard we had the week of December 18th. The plowed out the parking spaces on the other side of the complex in the over flow area where no one parks and left everyone on the main path in the complex to fend for them selves when cars got suck trying to get out of spots the staff that was shoveling the walk ways just looked at you and offered no help. Give these are the regular maintaince guys and the office staff.
The window in my apartment leaks. I feel a draft all the time. I called and complained that my heat is not working because of the windows that have bad seals. they said they would call me back. and ofcourse nothing.

Not to mention the walls are extremly thin and I can hear my neighbors up stairs walking around, and if someone has the TV on yeah I hear that. I can hear the neighbor that backs the side of mine and every time the close a bathroom drawer or take a shower I can hear it. I can also hear parties and every time my nieghbor has sex.

"This has to be a women..." I think if you had your own life and quit sitting around trying to listen to people having sex, got your own sex partner (good luck) and got a job, so you are not there 24/7/365 your poor neighbors would be much happier-THINK ABOUT IT LADY!!!!!
