Do not move here! We were so impressed when we first moved in. Beautiful apt, lots of light, great view, seemingly nice staff, but things began to go downhill extremely quickly. My car has been broken into twice and the staff doesn't care. They tried to ensure me that they would up security, but I certainly haven't seen any progress. I finally had to get a garage, which cost me another $85 per month on top of the altogether too high rent. There has been a shooting, several cars broken into, and even a break in. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

We recently had a huge snow storm and it took them a week to bring a snow plow in, and by that time the snow had compacted into about 8 inches of ice. It has been over two weeks and the parking lot is still a disaster to say the least. My car now has significant damage to the undercarriage and coolant system because of the condition of the lot. There are huge potholes, thick ice, and tons of water. In front of the office conveniently looks fabulous, though. I have called several times and been brushed off every time. I have fallen twice because of unsalted and unshoveled sidewalks....

This place is a joke... we will be moving ASAP!!!!!
