This is my third year here and I'm sorry I renewed my lease. It was ok until Alliance Resedential took over management and it has been nothing but a joke. From late notieces on rent to no snow removal. People front doors slam constantly and its so loud it shakes your floors and rattles glasses in the cubbord. This place has a lot to do before it can call itseld luxury living again. I highly suggest that you never rent from any complex that is managed by Alliance Residential of Phoenix arizona
