I am a previous resident. Lived here for a year 2005- 2006
I loved this place for the first few months. Except for all the perverts living in the community. I am a female and you just can't walk to go get your mail, just take a stroll through the lakes or nearby stores (KMart, etc.) because you get male residents hitting on you, whistling and just oggling you from their balconies.
Not to mention the pervert that lived downstairs from me and wouldn't stop trying to hit on me even though it was obvious that I would never be interested.
The management was ok for the most part. It was mainly some of the residents/neighbors that annoyed me.
The only thing I was really disappointed with and started to also notice towards the end of my lease was: the grounds and landscaping were a bit neglected and the stairs and apartment walkways were dirty and stained for months with nothing being donw by management or maintenance.
I now live in California and have to admit that for the price, these newer apartments (Lambertson Farms) are well worth the price. I pay twice as much where I live now and I am not as happy with the management or conditions here.
