i have lived here for 1 year now and just signed a renewal lease for another 15 months. the thing i liked the most about this place was the staff and their willingness to help us move in. every time we go in there for something they take the time to talk and help us with whatever we need. now i cant speak for how fast maintenance is because we have never had any problems, the only thing i will agree on though is the the dishwasher does overflow into the sink and the garbage disposal is needed sometimes to correct it.And i must admit the walkways in the buildings could be cleaner, but the rest of the grounds are very well kept.I have always had quiet neighbors, the day we moved in we actually had one of our neighbors help us move our couch in!i love parking im always right in front of my building, we have a great fireplace that we use in the winter time as well.i have never had a problem with safety i have never seen or experienced any problems in regards to my cars or my home either. overall any minor problems that i see people complaining on here makes me irritated, ITS AN APARTMENT COMPLEX if you don't like it buy a house! with every apt you move into there will always be minor problems but that's all apart of apt life, duh! i love it here and i will probably stay here until i buy a home i just don't see any other reason to find another apt complex.

I love it here. I don't understand why anyone would say those nasty things about this place. Has anyone ever thought that maybe some of the problems with the pool area and spa are so complex that not just maintnance can fix it. It is a very large comunity however, the girls in the office do the best they can. Maintnance slacks, yes. But hey sure try at everything. 4 hundered something units and people expect perfection. Grounds is hard too, it does get messy with how many people live here but maybe if the residents picked up after themselves then that wouldn't be a problem. Leavin newspaper in the breezeway and not puting thier trash in the dumpsters. These people are the ones who are lazy. Maybe if people took pride in the place they lived then everything could be done a hell of a lot easier. I totally disagree with all of those complaints. I am very happy.
