One bad thing - they don't have dumpsters so you have to walk 3 minutes to compactor which is only one for the entire complex. And this only compactor often gets blocked with trash especially on Monday mornings. It's *very* inconvenient. Also it used to be rather inexpensive but the management raised the rent by $100 for the next year which was pretty disappointing, and we decided to move. There was no other problems...
