Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
I have lived there going on 3 years and my rent have been raised by about 10% a year. The current office staff is lacking. Snow removal is less then timely if at all and the trash area is a disaster area. At one point I waited 13 days to have my dryer fixed with not so much as a sorry for the delay. The maintenance staff is nice but over worked. I short its all about the mighty dollar and cutting costs.
RUN we are out when our current lease is up
