We have lived at Madison Park for two months, and we have loved it so far. We can't hear any noise from neighbors, which is really important. The townhome-style of the apartments is great, with only 8 apartments per building (and every apartment has a corner apartment). The apartments have two-tone paint, and there is lots of natural light in the apartments. The office staff is attentive and professional. The grounds are kept clean, and it's really spacious. The location is ideal, off of 120th, and close to 25. I use the Wagon Road Park and Ride to get to work downtown every day, which is really nice. It's also close to a Thornton City Nature Preserve, where you can walk around a trail with a lake and open space.

The only thing I would complain about is that the trash compactor is so far away from us that we have to drive our trash to the other side of the complex. Other than that, we have been very happy!
