I was the second person to live in my unit. All the buildings are square so that only 1 wall is against any other apt. Great for making it a very quiet place. True luxury living: washer/dryer, stone tile entryway, vaulted celing, nice moulding, rounded corners, gas firplace, and it even had a great art nook built into the wall above the fireplace. The floor tile was all high quaility and the cabinets were also nice. The kitchen was huge, larger than many homes. 24x7 gym with no extra fees, lots of parking. All for very reasonable rates. I regret moving from here to this day. The staff bends over backward for you and the entire place really is designed to attract good renters. If I ever get back to Colorado, ill be moving back in.
