Wonderful place to live

I disagree with the posting about poor maintenance. I have lived at Newport Village for over two years and the staff has ALWAYS made repairs within 24 hours. The maintenance men have all been here a long time and they take great care of the place.

I have never had a problem with anyone having parties here. It is a nice quiet place to live.
