The apartment that we rented was okay. At least during the blizzard they plowed the parking lot so that was a plus. The location is far away from everyting that you need to go to. Oh and if you need a maintenance request check this story out my hot water heater went out and I called and paged maintenance and they told me that they couldn't come out do to overtime so they would come out in the morning. Yeah well too bad I heard a girl in the background so I guess that would be why he didn't want to come out so I guess I was bothering him cause he was busy I called the leasing office and she told me that thwy should have came last night to fix it beacause it was a emergency, but I guess when your busy with a girl it doesn't matter. Well Jennifer in the office is nice, but look around real hard befor you make a decision I think they are overpriced for apartments built before the 80's. My next apartment will be up north hopefully it will have better maintenance and the fixtures won't nbe so cheap.
