I have lived here for just over a year, and I cant stand it...I wanted out, but i didnt feel like moving again. It takes them 2 days to shovel the snow from the walkways, they never answer their work phone, or call you back, or are ever open. I usually have to put in over 5 work orders before someone will come out and look. They havent replaced the carpet in my place in over 8 years, they wont fix my dishwasher (it doesnt clean the dishes), out refrigerator leaks, our bushes rarely get trimmed and when they are they are still in the walkway. they send threatening letters to evict you when they change the rules and dont tell you. The people in the office are rude and pretty much tell you just deal with it. They just dont care. And they keep raising the rent about $50-$100 a year...which i think is horrible. I can own my own house at the price I'm paying now!!!
