I lived at North Creek for over a year. I moved out due to my home being broken in to and maint. and management doing NOTHING about it. My, boyfriend now fiance, stayed there to finish his lease. His home was broken in to on a friday night. He immediatly called the police and maint. to secure his door. They came out and put screws in the door on the outside, left the door broken and cracked and told him he would have to wait till monday to get a door, if they got one. The door was in no way secured so we called on call back out to fix it.. they never responded. I GUESS HOME DEPOT IS TOO EXPENSIVE TO REPLACE A RESIDENTS DOOR'' We moved almost everything out that night and of course did not stay there. The assistant manager even stopped by to see the damage. We showed him the door was not secure.. he said "That sucks" and left. Nice management response. The next day we came back at about 9 am, and the lock had been popped out, probably with a butter knife... REAL SECURE HUH' We called the police again and called the office to fix the door.. of course the maint staff never showed so we called again at 3pm. The assistant manager admitted to forgetting to call maint and telling my fiance he would have to pay for the door.. stating he was too busy. He said he would page them out. We left the apartment. Came back (sunday) the next morning... DOOR NOT FIXED!!! 3 days with a unsecured door.. NICE HUH'!'!'!'! That same night, a resident fired 6 gun shots in the parking lot and a car was broken in to. This management is only there for their paycheck.. They have shown no concern for my fiance's saftey or his home... and he was a resident for 3 years!!! I would never recommed anyone to live here.. even if they offered a year of free rent!!
