THE GOOD
-Pretty inexpensive rent
-W/D in home
-Next to a creek and trails
-Close Freeway access
-Ample parking
-Good size units
THE BAD
-Unprofessional management
-False information about move out costs (BEWARE ABOUT DEPOSIT INFORMATION - THEY WILL TAKE IT ALL) I hired a cleaning service, steamed the carpets and replaced the burner pans and they not only took my deposit but charged me for more! Ginger (manager) said that they charged me $40 to replace the burner pans because the BRAND NEW type that I had purchased weren't the correct ones!)
-NOISE, NOISE, NOISE (this is the worst part about it: loud, really loud complex! By a main street and tenants - at every building are loud)
-Not close to grocery stores
-Units are dated
