We didn't have any problems when we were there.

Although by the time we were moving out, our neighbors said mgmt had let some druggie move in.

However, when we visited a few months later, the druggie had been evicted.

The only complaint my husband and I had about the place, was that their internet service was always going down.

Mgmt kept using small, independent companies who were not able to manage.

They wouldn't be able to come out to fix their problems for a few days.

I think they finally stopped using crappy companies and got a major one.

The only crime that was in the place was someone broke into a neighbors work truck.

But some other neighbors were watching and called the police.

Another note...

there is a small playground and very little area for kids to play at.
