The community is good overall, decent pricing and decent floorplans. The main problem is due to the area and the cheaper rent, there are ALOT of 18-30 year olds that like to have LATE nights with their friends and enjoy making noise in the parking lot while waiting for their friends to come out. This happened on more then one occasion. In addition to the younger kids, there are alot of families here so any type of noise that escapes your apartment is totally unacceptable and is reported right away. Overall, its a DECENT community I was not overall impressed by any of the ammenties and the gym (or lack there of) are nothing great either. But great walking trail around the lake behind the complex. Also the leasing staff was semi - professional, on more then one occasion I saw the leasing staff having their friends hang out with them and on one occasion was playing with a dog while working.

oh my god get over it!! WELCOME TO APARTMENT LIVING!!!! I enjoy it here the staff is wonderful and professional. And the whole thing about playing with a dog while working IT'S CALLED A DOG INTERVIEW!!!!! THAT IS WHERE THE DOG IS INTERVIEWED BY THE STAFF TO MAKE SURE IT IS FRIENDLY!!! someone needs to grow up
