So I'm new to the area and it's my first place without a roommate. I like it here. Yeah its an older place I think it was built in 1998 or so, but they have fixed things up nice. The people here are super nice and when you call them to fix something they come either that day or the next. I know someone wrote that it wasn't safe at night, but me working nights and being a young women I feel more safe there then anywhere else I have lived! The noise is a little rough sometimes, but what can you expect' You gotta give and take a little. If anyone ever asked me if they should live there, I say YES! And by the way those picture should not be valid seems how they must have been taken a long time ago! The view is beautiful with the lake, and its a great place for dogs! Parking is hard but if you get a car port your good!
