We couldn't get out of that place soon enough!! We moved there because of the lake, we loved the view. The apartment we got was far enough from it that we didn't think the mosquitoes would be an issue. BOY were we wrong! We had a collection of them on the sliding glass door. We mentioned noise issues w/the skank above us having loud sex in the middle of the night (we're talking 3-5am here waking my 2 year old up!) they did NOTHING about it. Parking was HORRID! We had to drive around the entire complex each night to find a spot & hike across the grass to get home--which was HELL when we went grocery shopping. We had our car towed a WEEK after moving in because of the lack of parking. We were in handicap for UNDER 8 hours & we were towed, but there was 2 cars that parked their almost every other night, no handicap ANYTHING on them, never once towed! Management were IDIOTS. Especially Nate, very unprofessional & lazy! Maintenance sucked too! Our disposal had to be replaced, and they came in tracking mud all over the carpets, then didn't even install the thing right. WE had to fix it, because it was falling off! Then the final straw. They just sent us a notice (a month later) saying we owed THEM money & wouldn't get any deposit back because THEY screwed it up & claim we only paid $50...we had a dog...we paid alot more!!! The stairs going to our apt (second floor) had come away from the brick walls & shook when in use, it was very poorly kept!


SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE & HEADACHE! Do NOT move here!!!!!
