I moved here in October 2008. I had to move promptly, and it was the only not-scary place close to work with a unit available at the time. Little did I know, this place is great! The office staff is incredible. They are very friendly and professional, and always greet me by name (which I think is pretty amazing, because I don't even pay my rent face-to-face). The treadmills in the work-out room went out once, and they were fixed within 5 minutes of me mentioning it. The grounds are well-kept. The views of the lake with the mountains as a backdrop are amazing! There is a little park right by the lake, which my 2-year-old son loves. My neighbors are friendly and quiet. Meanwhile, I play my music to be audible throughout my apartment most of the time, and nobody has complained on me. However, I don't think this is because the walls are thick; insulation here sucks. There is a draft through the windows in winter time that is so bad, my heat never went off. I recommend using window plastic in winter if you'll be here. All in all, a great place. Pricey, but can't complain much.
