I have lived at Red Hawk Ranch for the past year and love it! There were a couple of rocky times during a management change this past summer, but things are now on an even keel.

My maintenance requests have been handled promptly and efficiently, and I have found it very easy and ususally fun to stop in to the office.

The grounds are lovely, and are kept cleaner than usual in an apartment. I have great neighbors, that I don't hear through my floor.

The inside of my apartment has all wood floors, so my dog is also happy here!
