I've had two water leaks in my apt and both times maint made a huge mess and never cleaned it up! This last water leak I had to dump buckets of water for five days after I notified maint to fix it! I HAVE BEEN AN EXCELLENT TENANT FOR TWO YEARS AND THEY REFUSED TO RENEW MY LEASE FOR A SIX MONTH TERM AFTER I HAVE SIGNED FOR THIS TERM IN THE PAST! Don't bother to stop by the leasing office for help because I have been told "I am on break" instead of getting customer service. VERY noisy halls and floors from above apts.
