I would say that there are some good and bad things about the apartment complex so the quality depends on what you value.

Management Office - I agree that maintenance is hard to get done properly. Also, when you walk in the office door rarely does anyone greet you first, you have to say excuse me to get their attention. Also, the office hours posted are not adequately reflected. I have stopped by on several occassions and the doors have been locked when they were suppose to be open.

Pets - This is the biggest positive as you can have dogs although I think the pet rent is a bit expensive. Also, not all owners pick up after their pets which can cause a pit of a mine field on the lawns.

Gym - Overall it is o.k., the downside is if equipment is not working it seems to take a couple weeks before it is functioning again.

Decor - The apartments are cosmetically appealing with the granite counter tops, modern bathrooms, hardwood floors and stylish cement fireplaces. The workmanship however was done pretty poorly which makes it a bit of a bummer.

Solicitation - Yes, one does get randon knocks on the door and many leaflets left which does create trash around the complex.

Overall, I have mixed feelings on whether to recommend the complex.
