We lived at this property for 2 years. When we originally rented it it was awesome. About six months into our lease everything went down hill and I mean EVERYTHING. The property was sold to Baron from Carmel and this was not a good move. Office staff is extremely lazy, rude and worthless and whenever possible they try to undermine you. They are also all always gone at lunch, break, or who knows where. If you are expecting a package, you have to go in there and insist that you have a package and bring any proof that you have. We had horrible water leaks from the apartment above and mold appeared all over our wall and getting anyone with any intelligence to fix it and take it seriously was next to impossible. The water damage was soo bad that the wall was completely warped and they believed they could just fix it without replacing the wall so hopefully you do not end up in that apartment.... MOLD was all over the wall and I mean serious mold.

DOn't ever plan on parking by your apartment.

The last two things I will say is the sound and insulation is horrible. We would be woken up at 2:00am to the lovely noise of our neighbors going to town with eachother and we could hear everything. The other thing is security and the fact that the pool turns into a high school party. Kids hop the fence and bring food and beers and vandalize and trash the nice area that the neighbors should be able to enjoy. Avoid living here at all cost it was horrible and gets worse and worse all the time!!!!!!
