Lived here for 3 1/2 years and its time to go! The current management team does NOT care about anything. My appartment flooded 2 times in 3 years in the middle of the winter and I STILL have a 6'x2' hole in my bedroom wall that they didn't fix from January's flood (This is almost July). Dog crap, and fights plus there's that suicide a few months back (yes in the SAME building I live in), not the apartment complex fault but not the most stable set of neighbors I've ever had. The mail boxes have been broken into no less than 6 times in my 3 years.
There were DUCK'S living in the heated pool this past winter and to my knowledge they NEVER drained and clean the pool this spring!
On the plus side the parking is OK.

So are you saying that someone took their life because of the management staff...c'mon...please, you are being ridiculous! I can't even believe you are talking about that, they have no control over your neighbor's personal choices. What are they going to do, a weekly psychiatric analysis on each renter...seriously. I have been living here for almost a year now and the pool is closed once a week for a few hours or something b/c they are cleaning it. Don't forget, until we all buy our own place, we are going to have to deal w/ "apartment living." Yes, I have had some issues that have taken a few days to fix and that was no fun, but trust me I have had way worse.

Did you READ my review? NEVER did I say it was the apartment complex's fault that someone committed suicide, I was stating a FACT! The place flooded twice! Duck's lived in the pool! Dog crap everywhere! Mail boxes were broken into! A LARGE hole in the wall from "trying" to fix the pipes that always froze. READ THE REVIEW for what's its worth! Like it, don't like it, I DON'T care, I don't live there, never will again and I'm just stating the facts!
Also my review was over 2 years ago! Happy living in the "getto"!
