You know, I've been living here for about a year and a half now and it's a perfect place. Considering what I saw when I was looking for places you should consider giving this place a shot. Maintenance is decent, every now and again it might take a few days to get to my request. The ducks that were swimming in the pool (in the winter) were cute I thought. I saw someone chase them out a couple of times but they kept coming back and I liked watching them. Parking sometimes is a pain but pick your battles. The people in the office are usually very friendly when I go in. I read the comment about the suicide before I posted my comment and thought in all honesty that's a pretty personal thing to have happen and they shouldn't base their opinion of their apartment off of someone else's personal issues. I have had my pips freeze and my apartment gets some water but nothing like the entire place flooding. All in all it's a great place to live.
