I enjoyed living here

I am moving out of here shortly, however I would have resigned my lease if I wasn't moving out of state.

The apartment itself is beatiful. Granite kitchen, lighting, faux hardwood in the kitchen. the NOT GLARING WHITE walls were a huge selling point for me. The lease and incentives were good, though the 60 notice to move out is unreasonable imho.

I'm in a top floor unit so I dont know about roof noise, but the only noise I've EVER heard through the walls is from the front door. As far as adjoining apartments I've never heard a peep. I dont understand all the noise people are complaining about.

Parking can be a bit of a hassle, but I am also in a unit on the edge of the property so I only have parking on 2 sides.

Dog crap has been a bit of problem during the cold weather. I'm a dog owner and try to be very concious of this so it annoys me when some people dont pickup, but to be fair it only got bad during the truly bad weather (or rather after when the snow melted). In their defense the management did post notices that owners could be fined and gave a number to report irresponsible dog owners.

I did have one bad glitch with my place. The water heater/furnace goes out in the slightest wind, and hasn't been repaired with multiple attempts. It became frequent enough that the maint guy left the door unlocked so I could relight it myself.

The staff has been wonderful (though the office manager is a bit of a hard case). My neighbors in my building are all great though I dont know them well. They even lent me shovels and helped dig my truck out during the blizzard.

I've lived in 5 or so other places and this is easily the best. And for the features the price is great! Having Target and all the resteraunts nearby is terrific too.

Except for a mailbox breakin (which notices were posted about) I haven't heard of any safety issues. My truck was never broken into, nor were any other cars that I'm became aware of which was a HUGE problem in the last apartment I was in.
