This has to be hands down the worst management team I've ever dealt with. Property manager Alisha has to go. She's rude, abrasive, and condescending. She has no social managerial skills. Try to talk with her and she'll interupt you, talk down to you, or flat out ignore you. I've lived in other apartments and the managers are respectful and always strived to do the right thing. Here that seems to be an unknown concept. Trying to deal with management here is a nightmare. You wait for hours sometimes days to speak with the property manager and when you do they blow you off.

The other staff has been good to deal with but have their hands tied by the Manager. They want to help or fix a problem but aren't allowed to unless Alisha aproves it.
The property itself is ok.

They advertise luxury amenities but the upkeep is not there. The grounds are shoddy the weight room seems to have something out of order or missing constantly. Oh and forget what they tell you about crime free housing or a coop with the Thornton Police Department. It does not exist. They make you sign a crime free addendum which is great, who wants to live with criminals', but they refuse to enforce it. They're too worried about losing dollars from a renter then having respectable law abiding tenants.

Overall the apartments are nice. Maintenace is good but slow. Office staff friendly. Management is horrible! Alisha has got to go!
