I have lived at Red Hawk for 3 years. I have seen an immediate improvement in the past few months. It seems as though management has finally got it together! They are starting to repair items in the fitness center, clean the breezeways etc. Many items I have brought to the manager's attention Alisha and she has immediately taken care of things. I have read the other comments about the new manager and I must say that they are not the experience I have had. If you are looking for a nice place to live and friendly office staff, this is the place for you. Don't listen to the previous comments it is obvious that these people were upset because they had to follow the rules.

The previous comments have nothing to do with following the rules. Unless you consider the property management not folowing their own rules of the crime free lease addendum they made every resident sign. When you have criminals living at Red Hawk Ranch causing problems, harrasing other tennants and management does nothing about it. Even after Law Enforcement has issued numerous citations. I'd say that is horrible management. It just seems as if all they care about is keeping the appartments full, no matter who they lease to, so they can continue to rake in the money.

I read these comments before I leased here and was a little worried so I got a police report about the crime here and even a list of felons and sex offenders in the area and there were NONE reported at Red Hawk Ranch!! It just made me laugh that obviously this person is bitter about something else other than what he ALLEGEDLY said happens here. I have lived here a while now and have had absolutely no problems what-so-ever! This is a great place to live and I have always felt safe. In fact, me and my husband are expecting soon and before we save enough to buy a house, we will not move from Red Hawk!
