My Husband and I lived at Red Hawk Ranch for a year and had massive amounts of problems. For being a Luxury apartment it was really bad.

First of all the management staff seemed to change every three months. Not very consistent. They would enforce stupid rules, like you can t rent out the community room in the club house and you have to put down a $200 deposit to rent the movie theater. The fitness center was always closed when I went at 8:00 pm when they said it was open till 10:00.

Second, the Facility staff is the worst ever. We complained 4 times that the pipe above our shower was leaking and they never fixed it! When we moved out there was black mold growing above our shower that was literally making me sick. It took them months to get to silly little things that should take 5 minutes to repair, like a running toilet.

Finally, the parking is a nightmare. There were nights when we had to park 3 buildings away from ours to get a space. They could get rid of the silly $100 a month Garages to make room for more parking.

Overall, I would say no to this complex. We now pay only $620 a month to live in a slightly older non Luxury apartment that is 950 square feet as opposed to Red Hawk Ranch where we were paying $765 for a 750 square foot apartment. Save your money!!!

They must have changed management (which wouldn't suprise me). All I know is a month after we moved in in April, 2006 I went in to reserve the community room for my bridal shower and they said that they no longer rented out the community room which left my poor Maid of Honor to find a new place to hold it. It would have been nice if they would have kept their promiss from when we went on the tour. But hey, whatever fills the apartments right.

That's so weird b/c I live here now and just rented out their clubhouse for $75. I also had a date night w/ my husband the other night for $10. Maybe they have a different staff??? Things must really have changed in a year or 2 b/c my garage only cost me $55...what a difference a year makes, huh? I have had some pretty typical issues when it comes to apartment living, but they have gotten to them pretty quickly. I dunno...I like it here!
