I lived at red hawk for one year. My overall experience there was pretty good. The apartment itself was very nice, loved the kitchen. I had some problems with the neighbor below me, but you can have that anywhere. The management was very workable when it came to that. They never seemed to choose sides. The managment overall seemed to never really care about anything, which in some cases could be a bad thing. But if your like me and don't really want them in your business all the time, it works. Anytime I needed something fixed, it was don't within the hour that I made the request...including batteries for fire alarms. We had a violation while living there and the management was very helpful in resolving the problem. They try to work with you when there is a problem. It's a very kid and pet friendly enviroment. People have problems no matter where they go, you just have to take the bad with the good..but out of the places I've been I would recomend this place, even over where I'm at now...having horrible problems where I'm at now at gleneagles up the street. I would have stayed there but they do raise the rent unreasonably I think, however. Just couldn't afford to stay. Parking can also be a nightmare.
