My wife and I have been here with our two toddlers for about 1 year & a half. It's location is fantastic, listen to this: walking distance to Olive Garden for lunch or dinner, Coldstone Creamery for dessert AND if we want to do ANY type of shopping, there is a Super Target right here ( and it has EVERYTHING !!! ).
As for the complex, it's got a huge pool that my children love ( AND they are updating it before it gets warm out!!! smart! ). The tennis courts are right next to the pool as well as the basketball court in case we have a pick up game BUT then we dive right back in the pool, lol .
We have used the stadium seating theater many times ( our children LOVE it ) and we can even bring in our own movies, how cool is that!
There are computers that we can use there, a pool table and even a pretty good size work out room with treadmills and everything.
In 2006 it wasn't so good when we first moved here BUT with the new management they bend over backwards to try to accomodate us. The girls in the front office are always smiling and their new manager ( I believe her name is Kerri ) I really like because I can go in there and talk to her anytime if I have any concerns ( I don't! ) but it is nice to know she really cares!!!! Oh, and she schedules lots of things like pizza parties, Superbowl parties, etc...
The only negative thing about the place is that I wish they had an enclosed area for my puppy since he loves to run. BUT the good thing is they have a huge open field right next door to the complex where he can run run run!
Overall I give it a 9.5 out of 10. I gave it 0.5 minus because I wish they had daily fresh cookies made. Oh well !
