I've been living here for about 9 months now and have had nothing but problems. The apartment itself is beautiful; spacious with a great lay-out and features...I'm going to definately miss my living space. However, the management here is a TOTAL joke. I've had nothing but problems...I reserved my apartment with garage a month before move-in and it took them over a month AFTER move-in before they finally issued me a garage(which isn't even close to my apartment). I had to constantly bug them about it and they didn't even offer reimbursement until I complained. On top of the fact that maintenence has entered my apartment on two seperate occasions while I'm in the shower with no notice. As a single young female it's pretty rediculous that somebody would just come in my apartment and perform work while I'm showering... I even complained about it to which management seemed totally unconcerned and the incident reoccured AFTER my complaint as well. Not to mention that it took 8 months before I recieved a pass for the gym or pool key...which I had to bug them about constantly and they finally told me to just give them my phone number to notify me when the key order was in. They never called me even though they had had the keys for months. My garage motor broke and it's been over a month now that maintence hasn't fixed it becuase he was on "vacation" and forgot to order the part. The staff doesn't have ANY urgency for tenant complaints, is totally unsympathetic, and NEVER notifies you when things are supposed to be taken care of. It's been like pulling teeth trying to get things done here...and having lived in apartments before it's completely frustrating to have to deal with managment who just don't seem to give a hoot about their residents. I can't wait to move out of this place...
