I have been living here for roughly 5 months. I had retired early from my job because of stress related health issues. I had let the leasing "professionals" know that, and had intimated that I needed some peace and quiet. They assured me there would be no problem. Then they proceeded to assign me an apartment in the noisiest building in the complex. There are numerous kids from other buildings that seem to use this one as a playground. Also, the group of young people that live across the hallway from me, like to party until 2, or 3 o'clock in the morning. Four times in the last two weeks. I have complained about it several times to no avail. Also, the floor above me makes strange noises when walked on, and my own floor sinks down in places, and makes loud clunking noises when walked on. I was not allowed to check this apartment out before I moved in, and now I know why. I have asked that both floors be checked out for safety concerns and was ignored. I have explained to the manager, again, about my health concerns to no avail. My health is getting worse, and she really doesn't seem to care. If I could get out of my lease and move on, I would in a heartbeat. Also, the walls are thin, and I can hear people coughing at night while in bed. I have no peace and quiet here. Personally, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Oh my god. You don't live in building 3 do you?? We have the same problems. And the office staff seems like they could care less to the point where we think that they must be related to the noisy neighbors because there is no other reason to let it go on. For the amount of money that I pay a month the least I should have is some peace and quite.

I'm in 7 and it's the same. Too much noise and the front office won't do anything about it.
