Yeah shannon was very helpful and nice....These apartments are nice, but in a low income apartment, they are very nosey about every possible source of income you may be getting, lots of paper work!!!Also no store near by, good if u like to walk...Oh yeah, did I mention the shooting that was in the building behind me, and two of my tires were slashed (and 10 other people)......

Did you ever think that maybe they have to be nosey? It's required by law that they are nosey. I'm blown away by the fact that you are complaining about that. Paperwork, I'm sure they just created all that paperwork just to piss you off. People like you make me sick. You come on here just to complain about the stupidest things. I mean, did you not notice the fact that their is not a store really close when you looked at the apartments before moving in. Did you think one was going to magically appear once you moved in. Get a life, you probably whine about everything.If I gave you a new car, for free, you'd probably complain about the color. Loser.

Nice comment... NOT. Have you nothing better to do? If I give you a muzzle, would you wear it? I have a complaint... against you for not posting anything related to an experience you have had at this complex. Loser is not the term I would give to you... it'd be worse. At any rate, I agree the paperwork here can seem overwhelming sometimes and they do have a good reason for it. But for me, I think the problem is more the attitudes of some of the office people. The one that was the worst is gone now so hopefully things will get better. The thing I find most frustrating here is that the current manager seems utterly overwhelmed & incapable of managing a complex of this size. It is true that low-income folks live here... I'm one of them. However, the person above me (just one example) is not a low-income/Section 8 tenant but consistently leaves trash on his porch causing maggots to fall onto mine. Another family in my building (again, not Section 8'ers) fight constantly and the man living there screams foul things at his kids that can be heard across the parking lot. In other words, being low-income doesn't make a person bad or a bad neighbor. If you check all other apartment complexes that are very high-priced and don't offer Affordable Housing (A.H.), you will find many of the same kinds of complaints as you would for those complexes that do have A.H. Like the person who wrote the comment I am responding to, idiots and jerks come in all shapes, sizes, colors... and income levels!
