I have lived here for 6 months now and have never been more disapointed. The management does not care at all about their residents. My car has been broken into twice, and vandalized once. I tried to obtain a garage from the leasing office where I was lied to several times that they didn't have any to rent. It wasn't until I didn't take no for an answer and went in to the office where I was issued a garage immediately. My balcony has had trash thrown on it, my flower pots have been knocked over, my ashtray has been shattered. No matter what goes wrong nobody in that community cares, they do not return calls, they do not care. The maintenance lies when they are supposed to fix things and tells management that the job is completed. I would NEVER EVER reccomend this property to my worst enemy!

Seriously?!?!?! So if your car gets broken into at, let's say, the mall; is the owner of the mall supposed to fall at your feet and meet your every demand? I bet you didn't even call the police! And maybe, just maybe, the office staff has their own ---- to care about than to be so concerned about your precious car being broken into! Crime happens everywhere; it doesn't matter where you live or what you do. I bet you'd be pissed if one of the office staff had a car broken into and couldn't get to work on time; you'd just be livid and offer no remorse either! What is the office supposed to do; bend over backwards and give you a new car?!?!? Do us all a favor and get off your high horse and go buy a damn house! Oh wait! You can't....

How immature are you? Let me guess, you're one of the new worthless staff members. If you paid enough attention to the community you would see that multiple cars have been vandalized, motorcycles have been tipped over, street lights are busted out, would you like me to go on? The property management does not care about this community, they do not care enough to protect their grounds. As for your comments on myself owning a home, why would a young, single person want to own a home? Next time talk yourself through your own comments so you don't look like an idiot.

I used to live in these apartments & would have to agree that they are horrible. My car was not only broke into several times but also stolen. Not only the car but during snow storms, the grounds were never shoveled. I had friends fall because of the ice not having anything placed on them (sand/deicer), I fell, my kids. Very poor maintenance. We were trapped in the parking lot for a few days because they never plowed the parking lot & my car could not get out along with most the people who parked in the same area. Would definately never recommend these apartments to anyone. I complained not only to the people there but to the corporate office & it doesn't seem to help. Once my lease ended, I was out of there.
