Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
I would advise anyone who is considering moving into Brittany Downs apartments to reconsider. I have live there from June of 2001 till now. We are currently planning on leaving as soon as our lease expires. I will list all of the problems.
Horrible maintenace-expect at least 1
to to weeks on any reports give. Sometimes you'll have to ask twice
Bugs-Brittanny Downs has roaches. It took three calls to have them even begin to act on it
Water-Brittany downs has a serious water issue. you never have consitent water temperature when you turn on the tape. sometimes all hot even out of the cold water tape and sometimes all cold out of the hot water tap. its so crazy that sometimes your toilet is steaming hot. you can feel the heat from the water and on the take of the toilet.
There is more little annoyances that might not seem big but happen.
Again I would implore you not to live in this apartment complex
