So here is my wonderful story. I am currently a resident of this place. I Lived here for a year with no major problems, but once my lease began to expire this is where it started getting ugly. Of course this was the first time I had to deal with the managament staff.

I will tell you, skip over Ella, she is the assistant manager and is completely useless and uncaring. I spent many hours arguing with her in regards to signing a new lease. I was actually quite surprised, she was not wanting to help me in the least bit when it was me who wanted to sign a new lease and give them more money. I finally went straigt to the manager (Mary Ann) who was much more accomodating, and basically helped me in the proper fashion. So not all bad.

All was well for about two months, if you forget about the burglary and the stolen motorcycle. Then they moved in two great neighbors below me. Abunch of young kids who partied, drank and fought constantly. Eventually one group was eveicted, but the other was still there below my place.

After calling the police every single weekend, many times two or three times in the same night, management did nothing. Most recently these neigbors have actually been harrassing me and my wife and we are very uncomfortable and insecure with our home.

Management always assures me that they are looking into it, but I have yet two see any action on their behalf.

I do believe they are more concerned about the monthly check than the quality of their residents living environment.

I am currently looking into legal action to break my lease. This is just getting ridiculous.

Stay away at all costs!!! These are cheap apartments and they are attractive for young people with little money. You will put up with loud partying, drunken fights and the worst management staff ever.
