This place is awful. I currently live here and must say that they are nothing but con artists. After living here for a year I was able to finally move once my lease finished. After moving out, Mary Ann refused to do a walk through, claiming that she was too busy. Months later I received a bill for repairs, damage and unpaid rent' This was all bogus as I had paid my rent every month and had no damage when I moved out.

They simply take advantage of tenants and will take every chance they get to rip people off. Stay away. This place is going to be investigated soon I am sure. They are awful.
