I lived in the Summit for two years back in 2000. It wasn't as bad as some have said. True the maintance takes awhile. And the people around you are noisy. But if you are a little loud yourself and can fix almost anything, who cares' The office was always willing to work with us if we were a little down on luck. Put plane and simple. I've lived in Champians Park, Hunters Cover, Glenn Arms, Village on The Green and quite a few more. I plane on moving back into the Summit at the end of December. It was home and for it's price it was the best kept.
