Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
After signing a lease I was given a lead based paint wavier which was not disclosed up front only after signing my lease. After about 7 months of living there the apartment next to my apartment burned to the ground and killed a tenant from inhaling smoke while he was sleeping. To make things worse the company I was working for sold and I was forced to move and I cleaned my apartment and moved on. Then two months later I get a credit report showing that I owed $1000 dollars for breaking my lease. This was turned into collections I have yet been able to get this off of my credit report. Stay away, far away.
